HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

When you are on a product page, and you click "ADD TO CART" you'll be redirected to your shopping cart, where you can check out. 

If you wish to purchase additional items, you can either click on the navigation bar or on "Continue Shopping." You can always access your shopping cart by clicking the "CART" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

 

WHAT ARE PREORDERS, AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Preorders are typically a one-week period when you can order products. These products will be processed for production, but will not be shipped until a later date.
Once the preorder time window closes, we immediately go into production, which usually takes four weeks, depending on volume. Please check product descriptions for when preorder items are scheduled to ship

We take preorders because it allows us to give you the best prices on all pieces. All preorder pieces are also shipped for free domestically and for a flat rate of $9.95 internationally
 

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal or credit card.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we have shipped your product via USPS, we’ll email you a tracking code. We normally ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. If there's a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Yes we do! For Flat Rate International Shipping ($9.95), we ship via USPS First Class Mail. You’ll receive the product 2-3 weeks after you place your order, though if customs is cooperative, you may receive the product in one week. Actual transit time may vary for destination. We will email your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Note: we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

WHEN WILL MY DOMESTIC ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For Flat Rate United States shipping ($3.95), you’ll have the product 3-5 business days after we ship. We usually process and ship the orders 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, and you will be emailed with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a full refund policy. As long as you return the product in unworn condition within 30 days upon receiving the product, we'll refund you 100% of your payment. If you're unhappy, we don't want to hold onto your money. Exchanges abide by the same rules - you have 30 days after receiving product to make an exchange. Note: products purchased during a sale or promotion may not be able to be refunded.
